The redevelopment of Parc Saint-François aims to enhance the site with gathering and relaxation facilities, highlighting its proximity to the St. Lawrence River.
- Decorative three-tier fountain;
- An installation that doubles as a work of art and a seat;
- Construction of a dry retention basin for optimal water management;
- Addition of a drinking fountain and mister;
- Integration of a solar shelter with charging station;
- Designing unique park furniture;
- Improved lighting for pedestrians;
- Planting of trees, shrubs, perennials and distinctive landscaping.

Obstacles
The entire park will be closed for the duration of the work. Parking on rue Saint-François will be temporarily inaccessible.
