- (completed) Electrification of the massif (work carried out by Hydro-Québec)
- (completed) Connection of private residences to the massif (work carried out by Ville de Brossard)
- (in progress) Installation of streetlights between rue Louisbourg and the Secteur O railway – spring-summer
- (coming soon) Removal of overhead lines and poles (work by utility companies) – Scheduled for completion in summer 2025.
- This work will be carried out following the completion of the connections of private residences to the massif and the installation of lampposts.
- (coming soon) Beautification work following burial of power lines (work carried out by Ville de Brossard) – Scheduled for completion in 2026.
- This work will be carried out following the removal of the poles.
