Thierry du Bois

In this new photographic project devoted to the Solar district, Thierry du Bois explores the luminous language of an innovative neighborhood that advocates sustainability, mixed-use and resists urban sprawl against a backdrop of climate issues. By contrasting the architectural lines of buildings with a blurred nocturnal ambience, he seeks to capture the tension that exists between the human ambition to inscribe ourselves in space and our fleeting presence in the world, like “an aura of modernity”.
