POBB | Pierre-Olivier Beaulac-Bouchard

The couleurs vives project features energetic paintings. The feeling of happiness is at the heart of these canvases, like a liberation, a desire to munch life to the full. The animals are deconstructed, redrawn and reshaped with vibrant colors and original textures. Artist POBB (Pierre-Olivier Beaulac-Bouchard) began painting this series in 2018, just as he was beginning to come to terms with his particularity as a deaf artist.
