Aquadouceur

Immerse yourself in a moment of well-being with our Aquadouceur courses. Enjoy the weightlessness of the water, with gentle, adapted movements, all in a shallow, pleasantly temperate pool. Our specialized teachers will guide you through the experience.
Why take part?
The aim of these classes is simple: to relieve joint pain while strengthening your muscles and improving your cardiovascular fitness, all at your own pace.

- Adapted aquatic fitness classes: stretching, wide movements and minimal impact.
- Recreational pool: 88°F water and shallow depth for maximum comfort.
- No need to know how to swim: this course is open to everyone!
