Brossard welcomes the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal on July 22!
The Ville de Brossard is pleased and proud to welcome the OSM in the parks on July 22 at 7:30 p.m. at parc Poly-aréna. The evening will feature guest conductor Dina Gilbert and saxophonist and former OSM Competition winner Jason Xu.
An open-air musical evening

Programming
This year, OSM Associate Conductor Dina Gilbert will take the podium for a concert featuring saxophonist Jason Xu, winner of the 2024 OSM Competition, as soloist. During the evening, hosted by André Robitaille, the audience will be treated to a program with a Latin flair, featuring excerpts from Bizet’s famous opera *Carmen*, the symphonic dances from *West Side Story*, and a fiery excerpt from Dvořák’s*Slavonic Dances*.
Free transport with RTL
The number of parking spaces at Poly-aréna is limited. To facilitate access to the event, the RTL (Réseau de transport de Longueuil) is offering free transport options to residents.

Accessibility
To ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy the show, various measures have been implemented to promote universal accessibility, while respecting everyone’s individual circumstances and needs:
- Accessible entrance to facilitate the reception of people with limited mobility;
- There is a drop-off area for cars at the site entrance. From Rue Neuville, turn behind Antoine-Brossard High School and head toward the site entrance.
- A designated area for people with limited mobility on the ground level near the main entrance, shaded by trees;
- Traffic lanes have been established on the site to facilitate movement;
- Universally accessible restrooms located near the main entrance and on paved ground;
- Partially accessible public transportation: RTL lines 41 and 43 are universally accessible;
Please note that the event will take place on a grass field. The site may become muddy depending on weather conditions.
