Legal information session: mandates and protection regimes

Inform’elle invites you to attend a family law legal information session entitled Mandat et régimes de protection on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Hosted by a professional, this two-hour meeting will give you the answers to these questions: why and how to draw up a mandate in the event of incapacity, what are the legal consequences of not having a mandate, what to do if a loved one appoints you as a mandatary, and more. There will be a question period.
