Inform’elle offers you a legal information session on family law entitled Custody of children and child support on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. virtually.
Hosted by a family law professional, this two-hour meeting covers the various aspects of a separation or divorce, including the rights and obligations of parents. First, we’ll look at how custody is awarded, the different types of custody, and what to do when a judgment is not respected. In the case of alimony, we’ll look at the calculation, collection and duration of alimony. There will be a question period.
