A community tree-planting event is scheduled for October 21, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. As part of our efforts to make our city greener, join us in beautifying the Grand parc Urbain!
Practical Information
The planting will consist of vegetation from different strata, as well as various species of deciduous and fruit trees, such asthe three-lobed soursop, a native fruit tree of eastern North America that is rarely found in municipal landscaping projects in the province but has long been used by Indigenous peoples.
It is an attractive option for diversifying the urban tree canopy.
