There are still some beautiful summer days ahead, and what better way to spend them than outdoors, by the river, while dreaming collectively about the future of Parc Léon-Gravel? Come one, come all to this friendly, participatory event, where your opinion counts!
What future awaits Leon?
Parc Léon-Gravel is a natural gem on the edge of the seaway. Brossard wants to make it a lively and inspiring gathering place. During the Rêvons avec Léon event, you will be invited to indicate your preferences for the types of development that could transform this site over the next few years.
A warm atmosphere and some wonderful discoveries are to be expected at this feast with its appetizing and colourful menu:
- Participatory tour of the park and river banks
- Corn on the cob
- Diogo Ramos Trio show | Noon to 1:15 p.m.
- Kite-making workshop and introduction to kite handling
- Family activities, entertainment and background music
But above all… Imagine the future of the park of your dreams!

By shuttle, bicycle, public transport or car
Whether you want to get to the park on 2 or 4 wheels, there’s no reason why you can’t join in the fun:
- 🚌Free shuttle: A shuttle service leaving the Académie Marie-Laurier de Brossard parking lot (1555 Av. Stravinski) every 15 minutes will ensure a quick transition to Parc Léon-Gravel.
- 🚲Bicycling: Parc Léon-Gravel is bordered by a multifunctional bike path running along boulevard Marie-Victorin. It is accessible via boulevard de Rome or boulevard Matte. Bike racks will be available on the event site.
- 🚕 Bus and shared cab: Bus route 49 links the Panama terminus to parc Léon-Gravel (intersection of Marie-Victorin and Matte), while shared cab route T48 can take you to the same stop as route 49.
- 🚗 Automobile: Parking spaces are available at the parc Léon-Gravel. On-street parking is possible in the surrounding neighborhoods, subject to signage.

Whether you’re celebrating back-to-school alone, with friends or family, here are a few things to remember to make sure you can enjoy the event:
- No more than 3 ears of corn per person, so everyone can enjoy a tasty treat!
- The park boasts a dozen picnic tables.
- Animals are not allowed on the event site.
- The boat launch will not be accessible on September 6 to allow this activity to take place.
- The event will be cancelled in the event of extreme weather conditions.
