Mission
In keeping with Ville de Brossard’s mission, vision, citizen approach and values, the Information Technology Department provides strategic and operational support for the city’s information technology needs, to ensure the smooth running of municipal services by promoting technological tools that contribute to the delivery of services that meet the expectations of client departments.
Main mandates :
- Advise the city on the use of information technology in its economic development;
- Steer the city towards efficient business practices and processes, promoting technological tools that contribute to better service delivery for citizens;
- Manage the operation, evolution and security of a technological environment that meets the city’s business needs;
- Provide city employees with a reliable, stable and high-performance working environment.
