Director
Mandate
The Main Directorate—Administration and Efficiency—brings together teams whose primary mandate is to provide direct services to citizens, organizations, and the business and institutional sectors. This module is responsible for fostering interaction with the community and defining a customer-focused approach while balancing the community’s expectations with its ability to pay. This consolidation promotes better coordination of operational activities, which in turn improves services to citizens.
The primary responsibility of the staff working in this department is to better serve Brossard and manage the bulk of the operating budget.
