Mandates
- Establish a service level of support for local businesses, institutions and commercial and industrial property owners. To this end, we’ll need to compile an inventory of organizations, and develop a support and communications strategy for them.
- Recommend specific niches for the city’s economic development, prioritize strategies and implement them.
- Implementation of a periodic consultation channel with committees of informed business people and with volunteer business people.
- Design a canvassing kit for companies and businesses (including a presentation document and a promotional video).
- Evaluate the implementation of a municipal program to facilitate the establishment and attraction of businesses.
