Members
Composition
- The committee is made up of elected members and citizen members;
- Members are appointed by resolution of the Municipal Council.
Officers
- A managerial employee of the Direction de l’urbanisme, who also acts as committee secretary;
- On request, internal and external resources can be invited to present files to the committee.
General mandate
- Carry out annual mandates assigned by the planning committee;
- Analyze and recommend to Council applications for zoning, subdivision, building and permit/certificate changes;
- Analyze and recommend to Council requests within the framework of by-laws pertaining to minor exemptions, comprehensive development plans and site planning and architectural integration plans.
Frequency of meetings
Meetings are held once a month, or more frequently when necessary.
Quorum
The quorum is set at three members, including at least one elected member and one citizen member.

It is important to note that filing documents does not guarantee that the file will be processed at the next CCU. This depends on the type of file, its analysis and the modifications to be made if necessary.
