Call for entries | Exhibitions

Finish From December 01 2023 until March 10 2024

The City of Brossard organizes an annual program of temporary exhibitions for residents and visitors, showcasing the talents of artists from Brossard and elsewhere in Quebec. The call for applications for the 2024-2025 season is underway.

Artists and artists’ collectives: we invite you to submit your application to exhibit at our two exhibition venues 2024-2025. Painting, printmaking, drawing, mixed media and photography, the town wants to showcase your talent at the Hall des Arts and the Mur-mur des arts space. These two locations, frequented by many citizens every day, will enable your works to be admired by a new audience.

Are you an artist or a member of an artists’ collective working in painting, printmaking, drawing, mixed media or photography? We want to discover you! Submit your application to exhibit your work at Hall des Arts and Espace Mur-mur des arts, our two exhibition venues frequented by many citizens every day. A whole new audience will be able to admire your work. The invitation is out!

The steps involved in an exhibition at the Hall des arts or Espace Mur-mur des arts de la are of the order of a co-presentation between the city and the artist. Ville de Brossard makes available exhibition space and hanging and technical personnel (as needed), and promotes the exhibition. The artist guarantees the availability of his works. The premises are open to residents and visitors free of charge. This approach offers interesting visibility for artists working independently or developing their careers.

A bursary of $500 per exhibition is available for selected artists.
