How can I take part?
Applications must be submitted via an online form before February 16, 2026.
Selection criteria
Selection criteria include :
- International food offer with tasting dishes at less than $10 per portion
- Ability to provide fast service for large numbers of people (partial pre-event preparation required).
- Adequate staff and equipment.
- Valid MAPAQ permit or liquor license (required for registration).
- Compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Provision of a $5 million liability insurance certificate.
