A participatory and humane approach
As part of the launch of our citizen virtual assistant, the City of Brossard is calling on collective intelligence to choose its name. Here’s the list of finalist and exploratory names, selected for their relevance, engaging personality and consistency with our administration’s values.

| Brobot | A direct fusion of Brossard and robot, Brobot evokes a digital assistant that is clear in its function, but anything but cold. Thanks to the “Bro” prefix, the name immediately establishes a friendly, familiar, almost complicit relationship with the user. |
| Eko | Modern, multicultural, symbolic: short, elegant and international, Eko naturally evokes “echo”, or response – a key role for a chatbot. Highly accessible both verbally and in writing, this name conveys an image that is both technological and empathetic, perfectly aligned with our user-centric digital approach. |
| Dear Watson | Logical, reliable, reassuring: As Sherlock Holmes’ faithful sidekick, Watson is his intelligent, calm support. This name is ideal for a chatbot that wants to project reliability, rationality and consistency. |
