A true gateway to the City, Services Brossard now makes it easier for you to get in touch with us – whether in person, by phone or online.
All requests are now received and processed in a single location by the team at our new residents’ service centre, situated in the lobby of City Hall and available to help you almost 50 hours per week.

The old method of separating services into decentralized departments and using different “Info” lines has now been replaced by an upgraded approach to customer service that employs the latest technology for the benefit of residents.

Services Brossard is available, in person or by phone. The schedule is as follows:
Monday to Thursday | 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday | 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m
Saturday | 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Sunday | Closed
